If I could give 0 stars I would. After taking too much money out of my check for garnishment they wrote the overpayment check to the wrong name and address. Then after a fight they wrote me my check. For the wrong amount. Thank God I have a picture and letter that came with the original check. I suggest you also turn them into the BBB and also file a complaint with the KS Bar so they stop treating people this way. I sure am. Thieves!!!!

If I could give this place a zero I would, the receptionist is the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. Me and my husband have been sued 3 times so we decided to get a loan from the bank we set at the bank and called them and asked exactly how much we owed and Angie she was like we can't tell you that... seriously yes you can I explained that me and my husband where setting at the bank to see exactly how much we will owe so we could get the amount of the loan. Needless to say it was 1200 and something so we sent that in that day I called Monday they said they received it and they are still garnishing my husbands check. Yes I understand I will get all that money back but the fact of the matter is they said we are short staffed and they are not going to rush and do anything. Well let's just say I'm not playing there games anymore. Do your job and stop making people feel like they are horrible because people have real life problems. And then she told me if you would have paid your bills in the first place this wouldn't have happened. That's when I went smooth off. So if anyone is dealing with this Law firm Don't speak to Angi.

These people were extremely rude and difficult to work with, and I'm sorry but in this day and age, what institution doesn't have some form of electronic bill pay? I have to send in a paper check every month with no guarantee as to WHEN it will be drawn out of my account. And I haven't seen anything come out of my account for the past couple of months despite the fact that I've been sending my payments in on time. I have a very real fear that one day all of the checks will be cashed at once rather than them cashing the checks monthly like they should be.

We are also dealing with this "law firm" who are handling a debt that was collected. We also speak with the same angie secretary and the "attorneys" will never speak with you directly. She is very rude to us as well and definitely have no compassion for anyone's situation. My g/f makes $7.50 an hour and pays almost $200 a month for an insulin pump and supplies and they want large payments that she cant possibly afford. These people are shady at best! Would never hire them to do anything for myself and would never recommend them based on dealing with their front runner angie, being that the attorneys do not talk to us. She stated it was just the way it works..... We tried offering $50 a month and have to wait for her to talk the attorneys and call back another day to have her say they countered at $250 a month and it goes on and on like this wasting a ridiculous amount of time. ALL THIS OVER A MEDICAL BILL THEY SUED HER FOR!

When I call to make payments on my account that has been turned over to Garrison Law Office, Angie answers the phone. She is the rudest most disrespectful person to deal with. She has no compassion for customer service what so ever. She does not want to give her supervisor or bosses information and no one else is ever available to speak with besides her. I would never hire this law firm for anything and I am very upset that I have to continue to deal with them because of her. Angie is always very unprofessional.
