Veronica and Paul have been very honest and very professional helping me navigate my way through the legal system during a very serious time in my life. Paul took the time after hours to take my first call. He was very understanding, non judgmental and by talking to him I could tell he cared not only about my future but making sure the right things were a priority. He let me know Veronica would be in contact with me mostly. At the time they were both working on a much more serious case but still found the time to make me a high priority and produce a good fair honest outcome. Everything has been explained to me in ways I understand. THE COMMUNICATION has been amazing. Veronica responds to me in minutes via text or call. Same with Paul. They are both respected in the court room and it is obvious. The legal advice they have given me has felt like it has came from a close relative that has my best interest at heart with respect towards the court at the same time. As things are coming to a close I feel really good with my decision of hiring them.

I went to Paul with a family law matter a little over a year ago, afraid and unsure of what to do or how to handle things. It was evident within minutes of meeting him that he is a good man with a good heart. I ended up hiring him and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've heard many stories of attorneys milking clients for every penny possible, and Paul was the exact opposite. He could have probably charged me far more than he did. He was very reasonable. I was charged with DUI by Overland Park Cops. I failed elements of the field sobriety test that were unfairly administered. This firm worked carefully with me and defended me successfully It is now over in a few months. I have no consequences except paying there reasonable fee that was far less than some other firms. They reviewed the evidence with Overland Park Prosecutors and persuaded them to dismiss the charges. They deserve my 5 stars

Veronica Dersch is the absolute best! I just cannot say enough good things about her. From Day 1 I knew that she was being honest with me, saw me and my case as important and was really willing to fight for me. She was very patient with me, ALWAYS responded to my calls and emails immediately and really listened to all of my concerns and took them into consideration. Veronica is sharp as a tack and has GREAT relationships with the JOCO judges and ADA's which is SO IMPORTANT. The outcome that Veronica got for me was so good I almost couldn't believe it. Mindblowing, really. Obviously I HIGHLY recommend Veronica and if I needed help again in the future, would only use her services.
