Met with Scott last night, very happy with the meeting and plan moving forward. He is down to earth, straight forward and not your typical stuck up attorney personality. Super neat restored house office, reminded me of How to Get Away with Murder. I will highly recommend him to friends & family

I honestly cannot say I have met or worked with an attorney as cool, laid back, down to earth as Scott McFall. This guy went out of his way to make sure I didn't have to appear in court on several occasions, he somehow convinced the assistant prosecutor in lenexa to reduce my traffic charges to almost nothing and work some other deals for me that, according to others attorneys I've spoken to, is almost impossible. I can't speak for Scott but I honestly think he truly understands that the traffic court is just out to make as much money for the state and city as possible at the expense of our personal lives, reputation, by taking our license, causing us to lose jobs, money, etc... They're filing everybody in line and systematically taking money and using the excuse of traffic safety and beaurocracy to apply fines. If you're looking to escape the clutches of the leeching court system, GO GET SCOTT MCFALL!! he's the best and he's a real dude, real legit and really cares.

The price is right. The attorney is wrong.
