Best defense Attorney in Johnson County for many years now in my opinion. Always kind considerate and straight about your situation. He always treats you like your his best client and very helpful in answering your questions and guiding you through the court system so you know what to expect.

Mr. William Coffee helped my son in a situation, which he was not involved in. Through time and court dates my son was proven innocent with having Mr. Coffee as an attorney. He was very professional and caring. If me and my family were put in this situation again, I would go to Mr. Coffee. He stands by his clients when they are innocent.

My court appointed attorney for a DUI. As soon as he found out he was only going to get $250 for my case he essentially gave up. Informing me I should accept a plea agreement when he hadn't looked at any evidence and never even bothered to get full discovery. I wanted to fight the charge, but he said he couldn't take my case to trial since they weren't going to pay him enough. I had no money for another attorney so I accepted the plea deal only to learn he lied during the proceedings specifically by telling the judge he had received full discovery. When I attempted to contact him after learning this he never returned my calls. I want to file a petition now to change my plea but have no money for an attorney! Don't trust him!!!!! I was misled and eventually tossed aside!

Mr. Coffee represented me more than 20+ years ago but I quickly recall how wonderful Mr Coffee was to work with and when he expunged my old record he said "I was just in the middle of doing some other things related to that and I'll just get yours done while I'm at it. ". An absolutely fabulous guy and as professional and good as they come. Extremely highly recommended!!
