I strongly recommend Wilson Elder Law, LLC. Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of of estate planning I needed to consider and establishing my Living Trust. I am confident, now, that my estate and health wishes will be administered according to my wishes. I enjoyed each of our meetings as she put me at ease and explained things in "user-friendly" language, not legalese. The highlight of the experience for me (this is my 3rd Living Trust) was that she HELPED me ensure my Living Trust was funded properly, by supplying me with letters to banks and other financial institutions, as well as handling the changes for the deed to my home. Stephanie really knows her stuff! It's one thing to be generally familiar with estate planning law. It's something else entirely to know the specifics of special needs law and how trusts must work to avoid causing problems with government benefits, but she has that covered too. She helped us determine what fit us and our family best and wrote our documents very carefully in a way that prevents many potential pitfalls. Her knowledge of who can carry out some of our requirements (trustees, care managers, guardians, etc.) was also of great assistance.
