A BIG thank you to Whitney Casement and Trey! Whitney represented us as our lawyer for over a year and I can't recommend her enough. From the beginning until the very end of her representation she was up front about cost, the timing of the case, and possible outcomes. We are in our twenties and had never had or needed legal representation before so it was all very new to us, but Whitney explained everything thoroughly and in plain terms, making sure we understood everything along the way. I've used Stevens and Brand for years. Most recently for a divorce. Please listen when i say- GET THERE BEFORE YOUR SOON TO BE EX DOES! Amy Durkin did a great job! I was always sure that she was working in the best interest of the Kids and I, as well as getting the property settlement done IN OUR FAVOR! Scott Taddiken was hired by mother to draw up, write and make sure her will & trust got executed. He does NOT keep beneficiaries informed of whats going on. The beneficiaries did not even receive a copy of the will & trust until 5 MONTHS AFTER my mothers death. He did NOT give the beneficiaries ANY documents they requested. He did NOT return phone calls or emails. He did NOT care what the Trustee said or did to the beneficiaries. He is the most unprofessional and disrespectful attorney I have ever dealt with. Thousands of dollars my family has paid him and...for WHAT?!? He absolutely did NOTING to make sure the will & trust was executed accordingly! He had the beneficiaries sign off as receiving their money a week ago and they have yet to get paid
