Unresponsive and unprofessional. I reached out to the Kerns Law Group by telephone and I never received a call back, so I decided to send an email via the Kerns Law Group website and I never received a simple yes or no to my question. Seriously how long does it take to type a 2 or 3 letter word? In a nut shell, I and 400 plus other people were led to believe that the Kerns Law Group had agreed to represent us in a lawsuit. The fee was to be $320,000 up front plus an additional $100,000 upon completion of the lawsuit. These legal fees were to be shared by the 400 plaintiffs being represented by Kurt Kerns: however; I wanted to verify the Kerns Law Group had agreed to represent us before I blindly sent thousands of dollars to someone I did not know, or ever meet. No one at the Kerns Law Group returned my call or answered my email when I reached out to them. My wife even called the law group and a man named Adam took a message, but no one returned her call as well. I noticed they have not received any sort of review on google in over 3 years and over 5 years on Facebook, That should have been a red flag to me.

Kurt Kerns was the perfect lawyer to represent me! Great results.
