Nice facility, lovely modern interior finishes. The two elevators are small, yet modern. There are at least two large meeting rooms and respective lessee can configure the space to suit their need. That area where the complex is situated is the cleaner part of the city away from the commercial centre. Less traffic, less pedestrian, only disadvantage is a further walk to purchase personal items for the home and travelling to and from work by those who rely on the public transportation to comute to and from work. A number of Assigned parking lots also available with each floor space rented.
