From the secretary goes straight up to junior attorneys office is POOR customer service. They don't follow up with matters if you don't call down their phones. When you call and identify yourself the secretary use the other secretary name to give you wrong information like she's working on someone to lose their job. I know the voices different to how long I've been calling on my matter. When you call and leave messages NO one follow up! So it's like you're begging them for their service and you're not paying them that big percentage. NEVER AGAIN

Atrocious customer service! I called seeking information so I could determine if I would solicit their service. However, when I called I was transfer to a gentleman who answered the phone by saying Yes. I told him good day and tried explaining for about 30 seconds my reason for calling, he ask me two questions one I answered and the other I needed clarification with. He told me to hold and proceeded to have a conversation with someone else. I hold for 5 mins before a young lady came on the line calling me a name that's not my own, when I said this is not ....... the call was immediately ended! I guess over the 15+ years of business, customer service became less of a priority based on my experience. It is so sad.

Communication is 0/10....I would not recommend. Zero follow-ups or callbacks. Zero updates unless you turn up in-person.

Your website was not working for many months. That is what the Google survey was about. Not working Your services was slow but at least I got some answers. The case is for the criminal side I was told.
