Called the office and the female that answered took my info and stated that someone will reach out to me, that was 4 weeks ago and no contact from them. I am not impressed. It is very hard to get a hold of them. In reply to your response Georgia Hamilton & Co. I actually called on a NEW MATTER that I needed dealt with and I stated that when the female took my info. I believe in following procedures so as a potential client I called your office and left my contact info and the reason I called. What you should have done was inquire of your receptionist if I left any contact info or my reason(s) for calling.
