When I finally had the opportunity to speak with Miss Cummings, rather than focusing on the specifics of my case, she seemed more concerned with discussing a prior attorney who had already represented me successfully in this matter. I found this line of questioning irrelevant and unprofessional, as I was looking for actionable advice and guidance on my current concerns, not an unnecessary critique of previous representation. In the end, I received no representation or meaningful assistance from this firm, which was incredibly frustrating given the time and effort I had invested.
