Waited 4 yrs for a decision on disability case. Was denied and then informed they don't handle federal appeals. Very low in knowledge and no concern on outcome. On my first denial there were numerous errors in the decision written by the judge that I pointed out to Ben. His response was it don't matter. Well it mattered very much to my Congresswoman and her staff. They have taken it up with social security and I am getting a whole new review and to show me how much they are sorry for the very bad error they made, The manager at the social security office told me to consider her my personal assistant. If you wanna give up your money to someone who does nothing, feel free. I would not recommend any attorney for your disability case. Take your time and. do your research. The attorney does not care about you only the favorable outcome. Ben was not even intelligent enough to know when he was handed a gift. Too bad
