My husband called Melissa with wanting to modify a current custody agreement of which his ex-wife is in contempt with 5-7 different items that are in their stipulation. She was advising he doesn't have much of a case and cut him short not giving him the time to explain the things of which his ex-wife is in contempt for. Her reasoning was because the modification "was so recent." The items that his ex-wife is in contempt for outweigh the fact that it was filed over a year ago and she didn't care to listen. Will not be referring her to anyone. Not our definition of what a family attorney should be.
