Jacquelyn should be at the top of your list for lawyers to consider. If anything, the person to go to. Although my situation was unique, as is most cases, I was still a father who initially was not the custodial parent. I had circumstances stacked against me and Jacquelyn was the first person to ask the very question that no one, not even my own family asked. She listened to my story and whether or not she believed me, the fact she even asked and initiated to hear my side without me prompting, told me she was the one. The results of my case ended in the best possible scenario a single father could even imagine in what many would consider a "mother's state." My personal advice is to get everything in order yourself. Case numbers, events, history etc. Stick to anything that can be proven. Put it on paper. Organize everything and go above and beyond to have it ready even if you end up not using it. Make your lawyer's job easier. If you do that, your heart is in the right place for your child/ren and on top of it, you have Jacquelyn on your side, you should have no issues. Be patient and remember things take time. I am beyond blessed to have had your representation. Thank you Jacquelyn.
