I had Carly for a representative, I was completely unprepared for custody trial as I was given 2 hours maybe for preparation a day prior to my trial. It seemed that Carly didn't really care about my case while at trial, she didn't really question the plaintiff nor the witness to obtain information/ insights nor did she submit any information on my behalf that was current. She also failed to submit proper documentation that was needed during a "discovery request" nor was it gone through properly to ensure I answered questions properly. As expensive as this was $8,000 was not worth any bit of it. I was also not aware of her trial fees but only about 2.5 months prior to trial, extremely unprofessional when it was a large sum of money needed in such a small time frame, this fee was known to her a year prior to trial but did not communicate these details.

They helped me get my disability. I tried on my own for 2 years. They had it approved in 2 months during the beginning covid. I was so impressed by them. I highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr Goldsmith. He was very knowledgeable personable and helpful. His assistant kept me updated and gave me reminders frequently. They will work hard for you and are very friendly people. I recommended them 100%.

Appears that one attorney willingly helped the opposition in a case, rather than working for his Client that actually hired him to represent him in a legal matter. He mentioned exactly what law the case could be defended by, but done absolutely nothing to defend his new client, in his client's best interests, but instead, almost immediately, proposed deals to opposing client, in and through his attorney, and all the while running up a big bill on his own client, but never filing any documents of any kind, in the best interests of his own Client!!!!! It will be very interesting to see what the outcome of this will be!!! I also noticed a few days ago that there was not one person who had left a post on this business, Pro or Con. That is interesting also, W H Y ???
