UPDATE: After posting my previous I received a message asking me to call their office. I do so and spoke with a gentleman. He was very respectful and apologized for the delayed response and spent approx. 15 mins on the phone with me and answered my questions. Would have done 5 stars if that's what would have happen in the beginning but the fact they reached out and apologized and that's not something most ppl will do because it evolves accepting accountability and they did that and I respect that especially in today's world where nobody does that. So I thank them and based in the 2nd convo would say they r knowledgeable and will shoot u straight.
