Walker, Billingsley & Bair is a five attorney firm with more than 100 years of combined experience with an emphasis on personal service. Each year, we accept a limited number of cases from the hundreds of people who ask us to represent them. We are not a "mill" law firm and our paralegals and assistants do not negotiate our cases. Fewer cases means more time for you and, we believe, better results overall. We handle a wide variety of cases throughout the State of Iowa have offices in Newton and Des Moines to better serve our clients, but each of our seven attorneys has a few areas of law that they focus their practice on to meet your legal needs.

Very convenient and easy to work with to complete our will and POA. We completed an interview over the phone, then they mailed copies to our home for review. The lawyer on the phone was very knowledgeable and answered all questions in regard to our estate. When we came to the office to sign all the paperwork, everyone was so helpful and polite.
