Mr. DeKock is my attorney and highly recommended ill tell you for sure when my case is over. But he seems to know his legal terms. Will update, id not advise at this point. But im sure he can be good at something. 2020 I'm back. Let's say if you ate going thru a divorce involving domestic violence issues and a child in need of help. RUN FAST!!!! Maybe just Me but yelling at your client whom has finally got courage to leave doesn't provide benefits nor degrading them based on a disability. Plus My child still remembers him yelling at her t just deal with it. But in end we parted ways and I'm sure he may help others but I recently found our he also failed In the case of my grandfather several years ago being hit by a truck walking to work. Died shortly after from complications. So only if my parents were still here. But I think real-estate business and Easy no child divorce his speed. Sorry but he failed us.

Was extremely rude and demanding and only showed care for money. Barely did the task at hand and at every turn was disrespectful and immature. It is time to retire. Can't even get anything done. Plus charges the same rate for almost every single person regardless of case and does the bare minimum. If he charges 1750 just know that seems to be his standard rate no matter case or ease of case.

Gross and scammy. Proactively called out to my family after my dad (who was his client) passed not to offer help but to to demand we open an estate with them even though my dad didn't have enough assets to warrant it. How gross is that?? He also helped my father with a divorce 5ish years ago and even though my father asked multiple times about options for splitting his retirement he told my dad "no you don't have any choice here's how it has to go" and now in contacting the Vets admin after his passing we've found out that none of what he was told by this lawyer was true which cost my father tens of thousands over his retirement. It was just the easiest option with the least stuff to file. If you want an honest kind lawyer look up Eichelberger. Used him with the passing of my mother and he's just a lovely gentleman.

Had Dekock as my lawyer for gaining full parental rights, He did an amazing job and knows the law very well. He will give it to you straight and not sugar coat anything.

Truly stay away from this guy...The worst Lawyer in all of Muscatine. An extremely rude, unprofessional, and money driven individual. Makes snarky, out of line comments to or about you. Talks to you like you mean absolutely nothing to him.
