So my wife's parents estate took 2 pluse years to be final. James Goodman dragged his feet and gave one excuse after another. Did not want to listen to the family AT ALL. My parents passed and come to find out their attorney is YEP James Goodman. Well we are going on 2 years for my parents estate as well. This guy needs to find a different profession. My sister has been on him regularly . . Why is he still in the office. If i could put a negative start down i would.

A lawyer at this law firm was our neighbor in Altoona, she told my wife and I that she could do our wills and living wills for $200.00 total cash. When they were done she said afterwards that she was going to let the accountants at law firm do the billing. We got hit with a bill over $600.00. When the accountant said we had to take it up with the lawyer I did and she had no memory of the conversation and she calls herself a lawyer? So we have been paying 50.00 a month for past year and half and to top it off she sent us another bill demanding full payment. I called the accountant back about this and she stated that the lawyer can't interact with billing. I feel we paid our $200. Twice already and should get a refund and not have to pay the balance of 155.00

The person who answer the phone hung up on people on the phone

The lady who answers the phone lacks professionalism and does not provide a good impression, so I stopped right there and decided not to move forward.
