Years ago Scott helped me through one of the hardest times of my life. I was left in charge of my grandmother's estate and we found my cousin used her house as collateral for loans without her knowledge and his legal wife fought and refused to help in any way even after showing her his lies. This caused things to go on for years as well as Scott and his team had to use every trick in the book to solve these issues. His kindness was everything. I would never have made it through without them. If you are reading this- get everything in order now and save your family the stress. My family will always be greatful to the O'shea team and they also do amazing work on real estate closings! Highly recommend.

Had a great experience working with Peggy and her team closing on the sale of our Iowa home from across the country. The whole team is very professional and responsive to any questions / concerns.

Not a good experience with using them to handle the sale of our condo. Very unorganized, tried to over charge and our realtor caught it and had them take off, they forgot to ask for the earnest money my realtor was holding and didn't even notice until my realtor brought it up two weeks later, nearly 4 weeks after the sale of our condo they came back at us for $300 for the tax stamps they forgot to charge on the sale of the condo. I wouldn't trust them with a sale ever again, as they wouldn't even provide a breakdown of what was paid for in the taxes and fees at closing they had on the paperwork. They also became very defensive when I asked for more info and tried to blame our realtor and in the same email saying it was their mistake and everyone makes mistakes. Just so unprofessional in my opinion.

O'Shea & O'Shea is truly amazing. They take the time to make sure you understand what is not only going on but doing so through having a personal conversation which in turn makes you feel like a neighbor vs being a number. Amazing Team and can't wait to continue working with them again in the future.
