I knew everything that was happening. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. Hillary, Lauren and Dustin and whoever else helped me were absolutely amazing! They worked with me to make sure that I could file chapter 7 which was absolutely amazing! They even listened when I said on the phone and cried which was nice to know that I had somebody there that understood what I was going through. If I ever had to leave a message, which was rare, someone would always get back to me in more than a timely manner. I didn't feel like I had to jump through any hoops and someone was always available by phone, text, or email. They kept in contact throughout every step and kept me apprised as to where we were, what to expect, and what the next step would be.
