If you're not personally paying this woman , And get her appointed after public defender then you are screwed. She was very rude!! She would not allow any of my family or significant other to be in the room with me while I Spoke with her! After I requested several times, I wanted them in there! She was terrible with my case and lied to me several times about what the agreements were, she Did not at all "defend" my case! She may as well work directly from the prosecutor's office, which I'm assuming she did because she had did absolutely nothing to help me with my case, also didn't show up in court Twice.

This was one of the most rudest encounters I've ever had in my life. Not only does she ignore her clients, but she also seems to "not have time for them". Word for word what she told me. A public official whose job is to fight for those who can't fight for themselves. Please if anyone is looking for a lawyer, represent yourself before trying Duccini law. She takes cases just to yank them. I promise you.

Kathryn is definetly above average. But she had failed to take down information i gave her. Later on she then scolded me for not telling her info that I know I did. I even gave her all the possible documentation that gave great detail. I dont know if she never looked at it or not but it seems she did not. Also she scolded me for handling a couple situation in a way she didn't like, yet never told me how to handle these situations beforehand. Overall she is above average but seems to be lacking in some areas that would make her a fantastic family law lawyer. Maybe taking notes and reading evidence. Or "advising" a little more rather than predicting the future and reading the judges mind. But I'm just a bricklayer.

Kathryn is a phenomenal attorney. I have never had the pleasure of liking an attorney nor had the kindness and professionalism offered. If I could give 10 Stars I would.

Outstanding lawyer. And the most professional lawyer I've ever met and doesn't feed you with false hope. Extremely satisfied.
