I have a workers compensation case and the receptionist was awesome and Tina the investigator. She was so nice and compassionate and showed empathy instead of sympathy and she answered all my questions. Even though it took a little bit longer than 20 minutes, she didn't charge me and she was such a joy to work with. I read the reviews prior to my calling them and they have one of the best reviews I've ever seen. Every single person was saying how wonderful these people are to work with. She was even on time which is rare when she said she'd call me at 11:00 today. She called me at 11:00 today which if you've ever worked with an attorney that's uncalled for, they're always 15 or 20 minutes after. But no, she kept her word 11:00 a.m. she called me and I feel so secure with them looking at my case. So take it from me. Give them a call. They are wonderful people. I will be lead leaving a review on the lawyers part, but so far I'm just simply amazed.
