Do not recommend. Unprofessional, zero accountability, utilizes feelings to conduct business, and communication with them is a joke. I hired them two months ago to perform a simple mediation. During that time I was constantly having to chase them down for information, when they did respond they said the same things with little variation. They took a simple process that should have been handled within a few weeks and turned it into a slog. When I presented my frustrations to them I was told that it was not appreciated as they were a very busy firm and they felt that I was not a good fit for their firm because of my complaints. Feelings dont have any place in law. Last I checked lawyers dont have to like their clients to work with them. This firm seems to have forgotten that they're here for clients, not the other way around.

I couldn't have asked for a better team to handle my case. I was treated so well by everyone in the office. Each person really cared about my case and it showed in the way they treated me. My case was settled earlier this year, but I still hear from Roxanne and I look forward to her emails. I can't recommend her and her team enough.
