I was not satisfied with the outcome of my issues. It seemed everything was dragged on for quite some time and I was left in the dark with no communication. I left countless voicemails and only 1 actually got through to my Parralegal out of the 2 years. Through the whole process I was also switched to a different paralegal with no knowledge what so ever and then was not told once she left the company. As I know this stuff is a waiting game in its self. I just thought it was silly me putting in the work to reach out to make sure things were getting done. Im not sure if it was my age that gave them a different impression of me but moving forward I will not be using Jeff Carter law.
