I'm currently here with my mother in Chicago trying to get her the help that she needs, we are 3 hours from home, she had a traumatic brain injury. I'm trying to get payment from my mother's bank to pay for neurological treatment at an institute that is able to work with my mother. For some reason the bank is not issuing the payment to the neurological institute, and I am not able to get in touch with the attorney I currently have. She is likely a very good divorce attorney. However, when it comes to consultations for medical malpractice and the recent loss of a loved one, she is nonchalant, heartless and cruel to the family she speaks with to during the consultation. During our conversation, she actually laughed about how a woman gave her a negative reivew because she "told her the truth". Caren Carter English, should be avoided at all costs for medical malpractice cases unless, the victim had the earning power in the upper six figures and was under the age of 50. If you or your loved one doesn't fit that profile, DO NOT CONTACT this woman. She will be brutal in her approach and cause you more pain!
