The whole staff is rude, demeaning, and condescending. I would never use them again. I was even asked if I was 5 years old because I said I wanted to talk about the case with my father. They said I was unhappy with my settlement. No I wasn't, they're just saying that to cover for themselves. That's why I'm giving them one star even though they don't deserve it.

I did hire you to change my name on my deed and put my daughter on it. You were also tasked with helping me with a debt I had and you lied to me so many times, lost my paperwork, and then laughed about it. So yeah, this one star would be zero if it was an option.
