My legal practice is focused on injured clients. I represent those who are injured on the job or who have been involved in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents. I also represent folks who are bitten by dogs or who have slipped or tripped on another's premises. I am frequently called upon to consult or serve as local counsel. My clients are generally located in the eastern portion of Nebraska and western portion of Iowa and southwest corner of South Dakota, but I am also called upon to represent clients throughout the Eighth Circuit.
