Walker, Billingsley & Bair is a five-attorney firm with more than 100 years of combined experience with an emphasis on personal service in Iowa. Each year, we accept a limited number of cases from hundreds of people who ask us to represent them. We are not a "mill" law firm & our paralegals & assistants do not negotiate our cases. Fewer cases mean more time for you and, we believe, better results overall. We handle a wide variety of cases such as Iowa Personal Injury cases (work injury, car accident, dog bites) or Iowa Workers Compensation cases throughout the State and have offices in Newton & Des Moines to better serve our clients, but each of our attorneys has a few areas of law that they focus their practice to meet your legal needs.
