I was disappointed. I scheduled a consultation with Sara over the phone. She didn't answer or respond to email that I sent after our consultation appoint that she missed. She did email me before the consult to understand my situation, but never responded after the email. I understand we are all busy, but a quick message back stating not interested would have been nice.

Sara was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. It was easy to communicate with her and she always got back to me quickly. She even checked in on me months following to make sure that everything was going as planned. I had come to her with an issue regarding my wedding photos. Told me they'd take my case. I send them all of the info, then "oh sorry we don't take that type of case" after I had been passed onto a lawyer and uploaded all of my information to their app. I thought I had a lawyer? "Yes we will take the case" oops sorry never mind we don't want to mess with it.
