John is representing me as a plaintiff in an acrimonious family inheritance case involving the trustee's misuse of the trust's funds and the inadequacy of the documentation required of a trustee. To complicate matters I live on the East Coast so most of my communication was via email and telephone. Throughout the case John has been compassionate about my emotional pain at the same time he has carefully guided the legal dispute to the facts and the legal issues. He has been very conscious about the cost of litigation and done what he could to minimize it. I left the trial proud of John's calm approach despite considerable provocation. So far the results have been very good. I would highly recommend him if you need an attorney. Rachel Paff

Reached out to this law firm to start a dialogue and hopefully get advice on how to proceed with a real estate issue. Filled out their intake form over a week ago, and the only response we received was from someone on their staff asking for information we had already supplied in the intake form. This past week included a holiday, but if that was an issue, a simple "We've received your request, please allow some additional time for a response as our staff return from the holiday" would have gone very far. To me, this is poor communication and poor attention to detail, which is not what you want from a law firm.
For others who are seeking legal assistance, I'd suggest skipping reaching out to this firm. You might get a response... or you might get asked for information you've already given, and then ignored.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful
I had a terrible experience with Catherine Scott while inquiring about a family member's case. Not only was she unprofessional, but she was also unnecessarily sassy and condescending throughout our conversation. I expected someone handling juvenile cases to be compassionate and understanding, but instead, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of basic courtesy.
It was difficult to get clear answers, and Catherine Scott seemed more interested in cutting me off and being rude rather than providing helpful information. If you're looking for a lawyer who actually respects you and takes your concerns seriously, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
The icing on the cake was when she didn't even know Name or the Contact information for the MOTHER of the juvenile she was meant to represent! What kind of show are these people running? BFFR

Nicole is a great Attorney both in and out of the courtroom. I have had the privilege of being a client and she has helped our family immensely. She is well versed in the law and tells me what I need to hear, not what I want to hear. She is a professional and great to work with. Thank you

Very saddened and concerned that after 8 years of representation an thousands of dollars, she has no regard to conflict of interest or my privacy. Only their "current clients" If you are no longer their current client your personal information is no longer private and your own counsel will use that information against you. Remember that.
