I was extremely disappointed with my representation by the firm. It was an extremely odd situation where they were my attorneys for a business my wife and I started and created. The Firm made it extremely difficult assisting and navigating disputes and disagreements within the company. My wife and I were left out of a number of decisions, felt they favored the other two partners and in turn lead to stepping away from their counsel. They are continuing to represent the company I started, and now have filed slander suits for my "former" company over Facebook posts. Sadly, with my severe epilepsy, I struggled mentally to pursue any recourse. I find it hard to comprehend that the Law Firm that I hired to represent the company I started, are now the ones filing suits for my "former company " for private FB posts, (for someone who has 225 friends) for defamation and monetary damages occurred from said post.
