November 2017, I was a pedestrian hit by a van. I had multiple broken bones and underwent multiple surgeries. I spent 8 days in an Indianapolis hospital followed by 2 1/2 weeks in a rehab hospital before being released to go home. I couldn't put weight on my legs for 2 months so was dependent on getting around in a wheelchair and unable to drive. I was off of work for 4 1/2 months, went back half days for 2 months, then finally returned full time the end of June 2018. After contacting Mr. Williams about handling my case, he was very diligent about gathering all the facts and information surrounding the accident. Mr. Williams was also steadfast during the negotiation process with the insurance companies involved. The administrative staff in his office was great to work with and very helpful with any and all questions I had throughout the process. Mr. Williams understood the severity of my injuries and made sure the final settlement was agreeable to me, especially to ensure I would be secure financially if any more procedures and/or surgeries would be required in the unforeseeable future.
