Retained Andrea for an unlawful eviction case for $1,500 in July. Never heard from her, refused to return my phone calls or emails even. She finally contacted me IN JANUARY to tell me she decided to not take my case and was keeping $500 of the $1500 without ANY proof she, in fact, earned it. On top of that she is now claiming the check for the rest was mailed out on January 6th AND I LIVE IN ELKHART but have yet to receive it. She also refused to send it electronically OR insured! In the 6 months she had my money, I spoke with her ONCE on the phone for five minutes and once when she told me, in so many words, she wasted 6 months of my life AND was going to steal $500 from me. You've been warned. Edit: 1/21- still no check - reported to Indiana BAR

My family and I had the best experience with Andrea Tobin and would recommend her to anyone. Andrea was dependable, would respond to any concerns I had, and genuinely cared about my family and our child's safety. We are forever grateful for her and everything she has done.

Can you give a place no starts? DO NOT WORK WITH THESE LAWYERS. I had the WORST experience with this law firm and had this been in my own hands I would have fired them from the start. They treated my family with ZERO respect, and charged for everything even when their attorney Andrea Tobin did NOTHING. There were times that I had to email her on the side and ask her to speak up and talk on behalf of my family with the back and forth with other lawyers. The money that we were trying to split up was pennies to me, and there was nothing fast and efficient about this law practice. I had to hire my OWN lawyer to help me on the side to get this estate closed in a timely manager. This place is a joke. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM and if you do you at least pass up on working with Andrea, as I feel I have more knowledge about the estate process than she had.

We've been in an extremely nasty custody case for over a year now. Michael Wandling has been the absolute most supportive, informative, and detailed attorney I've ever used. Reading these other reviews has me baffled, because I've literally never had an attorney so involved, and genuinely CARE so much about a child. As long as Wandling is still practicing, I'll never use another attorney. This guy knows family law like the back of his hand, and you couldn't pick a better representative for yourself, or your child!
