The attorneys may be good but the front desk personnel is horrible. Very rude and disrespectful. No etiquette whatsoever. There are two office personnel who have the nastiest attitudes ever. If this law office wants to continue to thrive, get rid of those who are answering your phones and sitting at the front desk. They are bad for business! I have a Psych degree and very well educated. I called to ask a simple question in reference to the protocol of how the consultation is done after payment, and was completely overtalked to the point where I was given information that I didn't request. This young lady was very condescending and rude. It's very sad that customer service has completely gone down the tubes.

5 Stars!! Attorney Rudy Monterrosa helped us every step of the way. He always followed up, made sure we understood all the details of our case. And often texted us to check in. Rudy even made a home visit and went over things in person. Professional and attentive. Which sped up our application process. I would highly recommend the Monterrosa Law Group.

If I could give this place zeros starts I would terrible place would not recommend where do I even start front desk is very rude dosent know how to communicate we always have trouble getting ahold of someone they tell us to message thru Cleo and we never get any response my mom is always having to call for her appointments when shouldn't they be the ones calling how does that make Any sense
