Knows how to send out a letter stating how you owe them money but doesn't know how to answer a phone call. No direction in the letter. Would give zero stars if I could. Update they answered my call today, the receptionist was extremely rude and snappy. I'm extremely distraught about this bill and she was less than compassionate. I even offered to go without food to pay them and she declined. I don't feel comfortable giving my private information (like my insurance/health info) to people who treat humans like a dollar sign.
