My Autistic and mentally ill son was sentenced to 6 YEARS due to Ed pressuring him into signing an open plea for an escape and resisting charge, knowing full well that it was due to a Severe panic attack/fight or flight response.! Court dragged on for just under 2 years, ive seen him 5 times during this time. Most of those times was to give me a new date. He told me he started reading my case and it was a boring read. The man calls me tells me I have a plea deal I agree to take only to drive 30 min there and the deal not be what we discussed.
