My processes was both super easy on my end and their communication was excellent. I'd recommend them to anyone. I'm sure very nice people but misleadingly oversold a solution they only hoped would work and then became very difficult to contact with email correspondence being just as peculiar and disconcerting. Very difficult to get answers or opinions but they sure are good at itemizing your bill. Ultimately not a great comfort in our time of need so we ended up having to look elsewhere as we were not confident in their abilities whatsoever. Make sure you are very clear with what you expect them to do while you are still negotiating your case.
