Let me start off by saying I have an extremely complex case that has dragged out for years due to the other party. Kristi and her staff have been so lovely and so patient every step of the way. The experience of family court is overwhelming emotional and in some cases traumatic but her team works diligently to take away some of the fear and stress. Picking the right attorney can have an impact on the rest of your life so I don't say this lightly, if you are looking for a skilled very knowledgeable attorney who will fight for you this is your team! She has been very kind and patient I've had a million questions and concerns she always takes time to listen and give educated advice and responses. She will tell you very straight forward the best approach to your situation and really help you understand the legal process which is very daunting. I can't recommend her services enough if you have a complex case and want the best outcome give her a call. If she can navigate my nightmare case she can truly do anything. Her knowledge and skill in the courtroom amazes me everytime we have a hearing. I cannot thank her enough for helping me through one of the most challenging periods of my life.

I was previously represented by Richard Fox for a work comp claim and after questioning some ethical decisions or requests made by opposing Council he chose to withdraw from my case after collecting more than 3,000 dollars from Adjuster refusing to pay back TTD benefit payments. I am aware that he would have been entitled To his 20% if a motion was filed to get said benefits but one was not. Then to add insult to injury he had my email hack and personal and medical information compromise and wasn't going to tell me as he is required by law. He held personal identifying information(PII) on his computers that was compromised and had know the hacker was using his email information to send fraudulent case file links and failed to inform his clients. So if you are a previous client I would question him about said hack and possibly loss of personal information. I will be filing a claim with the office of attorney general about the hack and his failure to inform consumers.

Do not recommend. Not professional at all. Only able to speak to secretary, who either never answers or never responds to emails. & to top it off, they cheat you out of thousands of dollars if they can. Don't trust them with big cases. They'll keep 90% of the money and act like what you get is all they got.

Highly do not recommend! Lazy, didn't do their job. Mr. Fox couldn't even remember much about my case. Its been almost a year with no outcome. Then withdrew when it wasn't enough money for them. Lazy, lazy, lazy.
