I've had Kevin represent me twice in the past and he has always been right on point. You couldn't get a more straight forward and honest person to represent you. I called him when my father passed and he got me in touch with Lynne DeRolf. I can see why Kevin hired her she, was absolutely amazing. She made the process of settling my dads estate completely painless and easy. I never had to call her one single time for a update or anything like that, she was always in touch with me, and always cheerful and happy. I recently used Smith/Sersic Law firm for some help with a general Power of Attorney, Health Care POA, and as becoming a health care representative for my mother and could not have been more impressed with not only their willingness to help right away, but also their compassion for the situation overall and time frame with which I was under.
