This company is not worth spending your hard earned money on. I've spent more then $1,500 with this company just to get a basic parenting plan that I would of gotten on my own. Everything me and Phil Greg talked about before court was no where near what happen in court. This has been the worst two and a half years I've ever had in my life. I've been frustrated ever since I hired them. I felt like a criminal every time I went into the court room, although I was the one in the right. I hired Teresa Ashcraft, I was given Phil Greg. And after two and a half years, I wanted to talk to the person who put Phil Greg on my case and he calls my phone Belligerent stating" I'M AM THE BOSS, THIS IS MY COMPANY, AND IF YOU DONT LIKE IT YOUR MORE THAN WELCOME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. AND I'M FILING A MOTION TO WITHDRAW FROM YOUR CASE. so after I've paid these guys, now I don't like it I can go somewhere else. The last straw was when it was time to go to court for my Childs mother being in contempt she missed two months of visitation, refuses to follow the parenting time guidelines, and tries to refuse visitation if its not the time of her choosing. We get to court and Phil Greg tries his hardest to get me to agree on a deal that was the least important thing we were in court for. As of now I get every other weekend and every weekend with my daughter plus some holidays. The deal would cancel the Wednesday 3hr visit, make it the Friday opposite my weekends for 6hr. Which is a horrible offer and didn't address the real problems so I said no. And said I want to see the judge. So he said they were going to set up a two hour hearing. Its been a month and a week. So I called and no hearing has been set up then he say we had to go see a mediator. I didn't understand why cause if I didn't pay my child support for two months I'd be in contempt and sitting in jail. Not going to a mediator. I was going to fire him but now that he saying he was filing a motion to withdraw I'm not. I'm will be filing a papers with the lawyer discipline agency. He was dishonest, totally incompetent, and a malpractice suit will follow. So don't spend your money here keep looking find someone who'll work for you not against you
