Contacted this attorney to assist me in a eviction matter he said he was amending the complaint. He confirmed what the courts were doing was wrong I offered to pay him immediately. He confirmed that I have multiple issues that was legit. He seen that the courts were actually doing me dirty. He told me he would call me back later that day I ended up having to call him back. Then he said he wanted to review the case at the clerk's office and to call him at 2:00 the next day. I called him and he didn't even go to the clerk's office to do as he said he was going to do. He said he was going to the clerk's office then it would call me when you got there well he called me however he tried to rush the call saying his phone was going dead. He getting admitted I was being done wrong and seen that I had good merits. He was trying to claim the case was a pitfall full of Spears even though my claims were meritus and all. He was supposed to call me back a little bit later I never did, I think called both of the numbers his office number goes straight to a voicemail and you can't even leave a message cuz the box is full. The phone you called me on cell phone it rings but he doesn't answer and then when it goes to voicemail the voice mailbox is full. does guy led me on making me believe he is going to take my case all the way up to the moment to where this was all happening leave me without the ability to pursue any new council under the belief that he was going to take the case. He completely abandoned me without even telling me that he wasn't going to take the case. This is highly unprofessional and very disrespectful. Definitely not a good attorney I actually knew more law than he did.
