If I could zero stars I would. Literally so bad. He talked a good talk in the beginning. Literally did absolutely nothing for my case. One court date he looked like he just got out of bed from being out all night. I only got out of this divorce because mediation. He did no research. Most of the time you can't get ahold of them because their phones are always messed up. Sheila was great. Charged me more money on mediation. On my final hearing I had ten people ready to testify only to be told my hearing was cancelled in the morning with no phone call from him. I finally got divorced and took me months to find out the child support side never got transferred to the prosecutors office. They dropped the ball on any given situation. They would charge me to keep calling them since they never follow up. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I'm going to be contacting that bar association.

I hired him for my divorce in June. I had to follow up many times to try and get it completed to only have them have all the wrong details after months of sending them the info. Their staff are not friendly and I was bounced between multiple paralegals. In September I spoke to Roland directly and he said he owed me a refund due to overcharging me. He said someone would call me on Monday which never happened. I finally hired a new lawyer in November and have asked multiple times for my final invoice and refund for the extra payment. It's mid November and they continue to not respond to multiple calls and emails. The final straw was when I asked them if I needed to do anything specific when I got the money which they said no. Of course later a different paralegal told me I was supposed to put the money in a trust and when I told her one of their staff had not told me that she said she didn't know who I talked to but that was wrong. Then she said she didn't have time to deal with my ex and was going to ask for a court date instead of mediation. Hopefully I'll get my deposit back and a final invoice but I'm not very hopeful at this point.

I have used Mr. Roland for quite some time now. When we first started on my case a while ago, he was absolutely wonderful. He was just on it. As time has gone on, I feel like he has absolutely let me down and doesn't really care anymore about my case or what happens to my son. He showed up to court and looked like he had done an all-night party or something and was hungover. Was a complete embarrassment. Also, I've been trying to get in contact with him and his office now for weeks now. I get no calls back no emails no texts no nothing. The number doesn't even ring its like I'm blocked or something. I've also paid a decent amount of money, and I haven't got anything figured out yet. I have a lot more to say but I'll just leave it here. I'm very pissed and not happy at all. Also, I will be talking to the bar association. Again, I'm very disappointed and pissed off. And will never use him again. And i would like my 3 grand back too. Thanks.

Roland took on my case and charged me $300 to tell me there is nothing to do for my case. Following that promised to refund the other $1200 I had paid and has ignored phone calls and letters. I'm now over 2 weeks past the date he had stated to have the money refunded by and can't even get an answer as to when he will return the remaining money. An absolute joke throughout the entire process, I had to contact them after weeks of silence just to find out he couldn't do anything with the case and had failed to let me know.

No communication what so ever, he never took the case seriously. Full of empty promises. This man didn't show up to my first hearing and instead was drunk and was rude when calling about the citation I received because he told me not to be at the first hearing then offered multiple hearings because he had hardly any of the paperwork that I sent to him. At the second hearing he was late and flirted with my mom more than talking about the case. He even locked himself out of the back room and went to my kids mothers lawyer for help and made us a laughing stock when I held the door for him. After my case he promised me more hearings and even a better job telling me to quit my job and not report any job he gets me to the court then followed up with trying to get me deployed through his brother saying it was a "job" He is now avoiding calls and refuses to respond back or refund me for the time wasted. His "Paralegals" never contacted me either and never communicated through the app that they had me download. I would not give this man or company a dime. If I could give this place a 0 I would and it hurts me to even have to leave a review. They keep ending my calls or sending me to voicemail.
