After my own experience with this group I have formed my own personal opinion. I met Lee and she was very informative and professional as a creditor who had called for me to come to an agreement on a payment , she seemed to have more info on my rights than my own attorney who was present. Overall I don't think Lee is the reason people have such a horrible experience dealing with this group, in fact it has been my experience that her paralegal "Peggy" has been a root of incompetence and confusion. Trying to speak with this person is like talking with a child. She is very dismissive, unprofessional, and passive aggressive. My rating is based solely on her and her professional skills or lack thereof.

had court w lee lane a couple months ago, im a man and i have nails because of my career (im a hairdresser and it makes it easier to sell product) and lee felt the need to tell me that if i could pay to get my nails done and dress nice then i shouldn't have a problem paying... (mind you im already on the max amount of government assistance) an then proceeded to tell me if i didn't like what she had to say we can go infront of a judge to say wether she was lawful or not. i declined and just went home and agreed to pay the fixed amount she told me i could pay. i decided to call the office and speak w someone there about the way she spoke with me and they told me "well she's the owner there's not much you can do". some typa business she's running huh

These people are a JOKE!! Scammers! And their employees are RUDE!! I don't care if they got a piece of paper saying they went to collage for their degree!! They don't have any common sense!! So I had a bill go into collections cause I only have once a month income where I couldn't pay the full price I had already put 3,000 into it but kept getting added to late fees! So once the place sent a let to me over now a year ago saying go collections, these people sent me a letter saying I owe now instead of 749.23 on my collections that I owe 1,063.46 plus interest of 64.23 and a attorneys fee of 250.00 and other charges that vary from day today. Which once something is in collections you do Not get charged fees!! So everyday these people are going charge me that who is on a FIXED INCOME!! Are you kidding me!! I know this ain't right!! And I know they don't care!! Cause this worlds gone to money hungry!! But I know they can't charge you while your in collections even more money!! You people May think I'm dumb but I will and be determined to show you that it's Not Legal To charge someone fees when their in collections!!

The staff was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable! They were able to answer all my questions and provide me with the information I was looking for.
