As a public defender he will do absolutely nothing for you. I'm sure he's bombarded with work so I understand but he wanted me to agree to the worst possible plea deal just to get it done, in his words. Immigration matters and private hire he might be different.

THE WORST attorney I have ever contacted . took them weeks to even awnser the phone had to call off of a different phone number because my other phone number kept going to voicemail as if they blocked my number. And when I explained my situation, he did not try to help, all he tried to do was pin the charge on me and get me to take a pre-trial diversion . DO NOT RECOMMEND. One of the worst around . I hope no one deals with what I had to with him. Such a disgrace.

I heavily rely on reviews before I buy something and especially use a service so I am going to be as transparent as possible in hopes that I can help someone else in choosing the right service for them. I was in need of Art and Christian's services to apply for an I-130 visa for my husband. I was lost at the beginning about how to start anything but was given clear direction of where I needed to go. Without making this review a novel, I will say that while the process is not as fast as most of us expect or at least hope it's going to be, the process is worth the wait. There will always be times of frustration when you're trying to get a loved one home to the U.S., but trust in the process and trust in these two gentleman and their employees because they genuinely care and will do everything in their power to educate you, keep you informed, and fight for your case. I honestly could not recommend someone more and they are beyond fair with their cost!
