I used Weston Nicholson for a case regarding a horse I owned. He was fantastic and we came to a resolution with the other party quickly. I would give him personally 5 stars. I am editing my initial review because Weston has remedied the confusion/issues I was having. Issue I had was simply in regards to my unused retainer being returned, as the paralegals/receptionists gave me different answers a month apart. However just a couple of days later, my issues were resolved and taken care of.

Weston Nicholson is amazing! He represented me so well and went above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer. Everyone in the office is very professional and helpful and the same time...5 stars for me!

If you got in trouble back in the day. You hired a Bollinger or Noel lawyer and the the charges against you we're normally dropped or dismissed before having to appear at any initial hearing in court. A fully deserved 5 stars to Mr. Nicholson, and his team. I would give 10 if possible. They're very kind, informative, and reassuring through all the ups and downs. They worked towards my goals, providing me updates the whole way as I needed them, and managed to get my case taken care of completely and dismissed. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know, as he is one of the best attorneys I've ever retained. Will most assuredly be the best and last stop you make down your winding legal road!

Mr. Weston Nicholson, Esquire was my public defender appointed by the court. Mr. Nicholson, a marine, a lawyer, and a very fine man, was very instrumental in providing time, effort, research, and repeatedly requested anything that I felt, under his supervision and experiences, would be consequential to the low level misdemeanors (2 total) charges being dismissed.
