Beth MacDonald and her staff are some of the most unprofessional, rude, lazy, and unethical people I have ever encountered. I have shown up during business hours to find doors locked. Their excuse for not answering the door or phone calls? It was cold outside.... I was told multiple times by Beth that a certain sequence of events would occur - which turned out to be a lie. I requested reimbursement for estate expenses - and was told I wouldn't get anything until the estate was closed and to stop contacting them. I have gone in for reimbursement before and was rudely told that funds need to be available - which I abruptly advised there were thousands of dollars available. Why immediately be rude to someone when you know NOTHING about an account? My voicemails are ignored / calls not returned and only certain emails "get lost." To say this establishment is a disgrace is an understatement. We were forced to use them due to my father's will. So think twice before using them for estate matters - you will only be creating more chaos and torment for your family members.

Beth MacDonald was supreme. She took care of all my legal needs in a very timely fashion. Her advice was top notch and she was respectful concerning my situation. Brenda was also very kind and helpful. If I need more legal advice I will contact Beth. Highly recommend and thank you for your time and expertise.

They are great people. Very helpful when your life has been turned upside down. Tried their best to be fair to each of us but sometimes you can't satisfy everyone. The bad review was a sister that tried to strong arm our father to sign every thing over and these attorneys knew it. Lying is never a good thing to do to your attorney. Not sure how, being one of the trustees in the estate I was considered an opposing client.

As our own attorney, we have been ignored, almost NO COMMUNICATION and what we have, we have been lied to several times, They broke the confidentiality of a private meeting and told all to the opposing client. They had poorly written parents trusts and we had to hire a separate attorney to get it straightened out. Because they were questioned about their practice regarding the trust....we were charged for 6 hours of their "research" regarding trusts then we received a 7 page nasty letter that 2 other lawyers said were "ranting's and unprofessional" . They sold a property for the trust....we never were told sale was complete......she made the "deal" and we still have not seen a check or know where it was deposited......not in the trust account that we all have access to. Find a good lawyer that REALLY WILL help you, TALK TO YOU, and knows how to accomplish something.

Best place for elder law. Wills, trust and other stuff I cant remember. Great work done right , what you want done correctly , per the law
