I had the pleasure of working with attorney Stephanie Colombo from Diedra N. Hayes' office, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience. Stephanie was absolutely amazing thorough, professional, and incredibly detailed every step of the way. She made sure my children's best interests were protected at all times, and her dedication truly showed. This is an outstanding law office with great integrity. On matters outside their direct expertise, they didn't pretend to have all the answers, instead, they immediately connected me with the right attorneys to ensure I was fully supported. That level of honesty and client care is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you again to the entire team. Highly recommend this firm!

The start of this relationship was slow but needless to say had me hopeful. Valerie was nothing short of confident she could help me. Although getting anyone to get back to you took days. Well here is why, Valerie left the law firm and gave me the option to follow her to her new firm. Undecided I later on received a call from Deidra herself and she was very unprofessional. She was reading me text messages between her and Valerie as the relationship obviously didn't end well. But that was nothing I needed to be aware of. Right then I decided I did not want a law firm that was that unprofessional to represent me in my very complicated case. I then called Valerie to explain what had happened and she was super apologetic and then told me why it's almost impossible to reach an attorney. No matter if the attorney is present or not we are to be told they are in court or in a meeting regardless of the urgency. That's so ridiculous because $7000 is a ridiculous amount of money for me to not speak to my attorney when I please. I would be very cautious in hiring this firm. Edit: As I stated in the beginning of my review Valerie was no longer with the firm. And I simply asked what was the reasoning behind you supposedly being told not to contact me. I never once asked for you to read me emails or anything of the sort. So l suggest you go and listen to your recording again. I did state you have a very good reputation upon first glance at your reviews. Only to find out they are mostly in regards to your intake people not your actual attorneys. Therefore my statement still stands be cautious of hiring this firm. There was absolutely no lack in coordination in communication because the only way to contact them is by text messages and they respond 3-4 days later. I recommend Pelkey & Horvath.

I'm very thankful to Deidra Haynes for helping me with my child custody case. She was very professional, supportive, and always explained everything clearly.
