I didn't know what to expect going into this case the only thing I knew is that I and my siblings wanted justice for what happened to our mother. Powless Law Firm was nothing short of amazing with navigating us through this case. Everyone from the front desk to Mr. Powless himself was very nice and knowledgeable. Jackie and Amy were amazing as well. I will forever recommend this law firm and their services to anybody that may be in a situation with their loved one as we were with my mother. Amy! Is Horable!!! 9 months later was notified by certified mail, that they could Not continue with my case!!! The communication was horrible! And as far as the medical records, well I don't know what they were looking at, because mine didn't match theirs and they had no photos. This whole time they treated my case as a joke! And it doesn't take 9 months to realize you can't represent anyon. So now I have to find another lawyer that will take my case seriously. Thanks for absolutely nothing!
