Me and my wife reached out to the law firm regarding a traffic ticket and were helped by Mark Zunk, one of the lawyers there. The man is impatient regarding questions related to our legal issues and acts as though we are bothering him when trying to further understand the legal process and our options. His tone gets disrespectful over the phone, and it feels as though we are being rushed off the phone and told what to do with an aggressive attitude, instead of explaining things to us. After this issue is resolved , I'm considering going to try and make sure a different lawyer at the law firm helps us in the future, or I'll find a new law firm all together.
